金钱草提取物对阿霉素肾病大鼠血脂及凝血功能的影响

目的观察金钱草提取物对阿霉素肾病血脂、凝血功能的影响,进一步对其疗效作出客观的评价。方法将雄性SD大鼠6O只,随机分为6组：空白对照组、模型对照组、激素对照组、激素加中药低剂量组、激素加中药中剂量组、激素加中药高剂量组。检测尿蛋白定量、血脂及出凝血时间。结果金钱草提取物对尿蛋白升高有抑制作用;激素加金钱草低、中、高剂量组Tch水平较激素组明显降低、而对TG、LDL的作用中、低剂量组不明显,高剂量组降低较明显;激素加金钱草提取物高剂量组TT、PT、APTT较单纯激素治疗组明显延长（P〈0.05）,FIB含量明显减少。结论金钱草提取物对阿霉素肾病大鼠有调节脂质代谢紊乱,改善凝血的作用。

Extract of lysimachia christinae hance on the serum lipids and blood coagulation function of rats with adriamycin nephropathy

Objective To observe the effect of extract of Lysimachia christinae Hance on the serum lipids and blood coagu- lation function of rats with adriamycin nephropathy, in order to make a further evaluation of the efficacy of the extract objec- tively. Methods 60 male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups：control group, model group, hormone group, lowdose group of hormone plus the extract, medium-dose group of hormone plus the extract and high-dose group of hormone plus the extract, detecting their urinary protein excretion, serum lipids and bleeding and clotting time. Results Extract of Lysi- machia christinae Hance can inhibit the increase of the urinary protein excretion, and the level of Tch in the low-, medium- and high-dose groups hormone plus the extract is decreased significantly compared with that in the hormone group, and no obvious effect is found on the level of TG and LDL in low-and medium-group of hormone plus the extract, while obvious de- crease of that in the high-dose group is found. TT,PT and APTT are significantly prolonged in the high-dose group of hor- mone plus the extract, with a decreased level of FIB, compared with that in the hormone group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Extract of Lysimachia christinae Hance can regulate the disorder of lipid metabolism and improve the blood coagulation in rats with adriamycin nephropathy.
