溃疡性结肠炎中西医发病机制研究

近年来,虽然溃疡性结肠炎的病理机制尚不明确,但现代医学已经从宏观病理探索到微观分子、基因层面,并通过临床病例观察和动物实验对溃疡性结肠炎发病机制进行深入研究,认为其发病机制包括遗传基因、神经精神环境、免疫、肠黏膜屏障和感染等多方面,但以遗传基因易感为前提,环境和精神对机体的刺激导致机体免疫系统功能异常或紊乱,肠屏障受损加之肠道感染可使肠道通透性改变或增高而发病。中医学认为,该病病理因素包括湿热、寒湿、瘀热等,病机不外瘀血气滞、脾阳虚、脾肾气虚、瘀毒阻滞、痰瘀互结,并将疾病理解为内痈、肠风、脏腑风湿等。

TCM expounds pathogenesis of UC from different sides like damp-heat, cold-damp, stasis-heat, stagnation of qi and blood stasis, deficiency of spleen-yang, deficiency of spleen and kidney qi, stagnation of stasis-toxin or phlegm-stasis, it considers UC as inner carbuncle, wind of intestine and wind-danlp of zang-fu organs.
