大承气汤治疗急性胰腺炎肠屏障功能障碍

目的观察大承气汤对急性胰腺炎肠屏障功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将60例急性胰腺炎中医辨证属于腑实热结证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,在常规西医治疗基础上,设立大承气汤组为治疗组,未使用大承气汤组为对照组,系统观察患者腹痛腹胀及恶心呕吐缓解时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间,血常规、血淀粉酶及C-反应蛋白（CRP）恢复正常的时间。结果治疗组腹痛腹胀缓解时间、恶心呕吐缓解时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间及血常规、血淀粉酶、CRP恢复正常时间均较对照组显著降低,2组比较,P〈0.05。结论大承气汤治疗急性胰腺炎肠屏障功能障碍,能明显改善患者临床症状,减轻痛苦,缩短病程及住院时间,改善微循环障碍,减少组织损伤。

Treating intestine barrier functional disturbance induced by acute pancreatits with Dachengq/Decoction

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Dachengqi Decoction on intestine barrier functional disturbance induced by acute pancreatitis. Methods 60 patients with acute pancreatitis of real hot junction bowel syndrome were ran- domly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in the treatment group, and 30 others in the control group. Patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine, while those in the treatment group were treated with Dachengqi Decoction in addition to the Western medicine. Systematically observe the relief time of abdominal pain, ventosity, nausea and vomiting, as well as the recovery time of gastrointestinal function, blood routine test, blood amylase and CRP. Results Compared with the control group, the relief time of abdominal pain, ventosity, nausea and vomiting, as well as the recovery time of gas- trointestinal function, blood routine test, blood amylase and CRP for the treatment group are much shorter. There were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions To treat intestine barrier functional disturbance induced by acute pancreatitis with Dachengqi Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, alleviate the pain, shorten the course of disease and hospital stays, improve microcirculation and reduce tissue damage.
