音乐体育疗法对慢性精神分裂症的辅助治疗效果

目的探讨音乐体育疗法对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复效果.方法住院慢性精神分裂症患者68例,随机分为实验组和对照组.两组均使用抗精神病药,实验组辅以3个月的音乐体育治疗.于治疗前后采用阴性症状评定量袁（SANS）,护士用住院患者观察量表（NOSIE）进行评定.结果治疗后实验组SANS各项评分明显下降,NOSIE总分及消极因素分明显下降,而积极因素分明显上升;对照组各项评分均无明显变化.结论在抗精神病药治疗基础上辅以音乐体育疗法,对慢性精神分裂症患者精神症状缓解、社会功能恢复及康复治疗均有积极意义.

Effect of Music and Sport Therapy as Assistant Treatment for Schizophrenia

Objective To explorer rehabilitation effect of music and sport therapy as assistant treatment for Schizophrenia.Methods 68 inpatients with schizophrenias were divided randomly into experiment group(34 cases) and control group(34 cases).Patients in two groups were given psychotropic drugs.In addition,patients in experiment group were given music and sport therapy for 3 months.They were assessed by scale for assessment of negative symptoms(SANS) and nurses' observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE).Results In experiment group,the score of SANS was decreased,and negative factor score as well as total score of NOSIE were reduced significantly after treatment;positive factor score of NOSIE was increase(P<0.01).The score of SANS and NOSIE of control group were not changed significantly(P>0.05).Conclusions Music and sport therapy combining with psychotropic drugs for treating inpatients with schizophrenia can not only improve their syndrome and social disabilities,but also has positive meaning for their rehabilitation.
