| 摘 要： | 研究生德育和思想政治工作是研究生培养过程中不容忽视的一项重要工作。传染病专科医院研究生德育和思想政治工作应当树立“育人为本、德育为先”的工作理念，增强全员育人意识；健全管理体制，制定切实可行的工作方案；组织开展研究生主题德育活动；充分发挥导师的育人作用；加强研究生党建和团建工作；加强传染病学专业思想教育。
