| 摘 要： | 目的 观察HGF在慢性牙周炎患者基础治疗前后的变化.方法 用滤纸条的袋内取样法取15例慢性牙周炎患者30个牙位治疗前后的GCF样本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)测定其中的HGF水平.结果 治疗后慢性牙周炎患者的HGF水平较治疗前显著下降(P＜0.01).结论 HGF水平反映牙周组织的炎症破坏程度,可作为评价疗效的客观指标,在判断牙周组织的活动性破坏中有意义.

| Abstract: | Objectives] To investigate the changes of clinical parameters in patients with periodontitis after initial periodontal therapy.Methods] 15 peoples(30 teeth)with chronic periodontitis were selected as experiment groups.2 teeth were selected from every subject in experiment groups.GCF samples were analyzed of GCF contents of HGF levels by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results] After periodontal treatment,the concentration of HGF in the GCF of experiment groups decreased apparently(P <0.01).Conclusions] HGF plays an important role in the cause and development of periodontitis,and HGF can be regarded as an biochemical marker that reflects the development and status of periodontitis. |
