摘    要:目的建设互联网时代下医院的统一支付管理,实现对移动应用的技术支撑,优化患者的就医流程体验。方法以上海市胸科医院为研究对象,构建基于企业服务总线(Enterprise Service Bus,ESB)的平台,选取使用前后的数据作为参照组和观察组,对实施效果进行实证分析。结果随着EBS平台的上线使用,为异构的移动端软件提供了25.1万次支付服务,移动支付占比显著上升,财务单边账发生概率明显下降。结论平台的建设扩展了移动应用场景,保障了财务部门对资金安全的监管,为医疗机构加强移动支付管理提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the experience of patients’medical treatment process and realize the technical support for mobile applications,the unified payment management of hospital is constructed in the Internet era.Methods Shanghai Chest Hospital was used as the research object,and a platform based on the enterprise service bus(ESB)was constructed.The data before and after use were selected as the reference group and observation group,and the implementation effect was empirically analyzed.Results The launch of the EBS platform provided 251,000 payment services for heterogeneous mobile software.Moreover,the proportion of mobile payments increased significantly,and the probability of occurrence of financial unilateral accounts decreased significantly.Conclusion The construction of the platform expands the mobile application scene,ensures the financial department’s supervision of fund security,and provides a reference for medical institutions to strengthen the management of mobile payment.
