胶原酶化学溶解术治疗颈椎间盘突出症3700例远期随访

摘    要:目的:观察胶原酶化学溶解术治疗颈椎间盘突出症的远期疗效及影响因素。方法:3700例患者经CT或MRI检查证实为颈椎间盘突出症,在X线监视下行胶原酶化学溶解术。结果:对行胶原酶化学溶解术的3700例颈椎间盘突出症患者,分别顺延随访术后2~8年7个年度,其远期优良率从93.61%至91.31%,随访各年度优良率间无明显差异,无严重并发症。结论:严格把握适应症,胶原酶化学溶解术治疗颈椎间盘突出症具有很好的远期疗效,无严重并发症发生,有临床推广应用价值。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the influential factors and clinical therapeutic effect of epidural injection of collagenase for the treatment of cervical intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods: 3700 Patients with cervical intervertebral disc protrusion determined by CT or MRI were involved in this study.They all received epidural injection of collagenase under fluorscopic guidance.Results: For all patients involved,the long-term excellent and good rate was 93.61~91.89%.No serious complications were observed.Conclusion: Epidural injection of collagenase has good therapeutic effect for the patients with cervical intervertebral disc protrusion.These effects depended on the adequate selection of potential candidates.
