血清内脂素在2型糖尿病合并冠心病中的临床意义

摘    要:目的 分析血清内脂索在2型糖尿病及其合并冠心病中的变化,并探讨内脂素与糖尿病或/和冠心病的相关关系.方法 依据WHO的糖尿病诊断标准随机选择2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者61例,经心电图及冠脉造影检查分为:单纯T2DM组(DM)18例、T2DM合并冠心病(CHD)组(DC)43例以及正常对照组(NC)29例,其中DM组均为新诊断患者.经统计学分析3组间一般资料具有可比性.结果 DM组及DC组血清内脂素浓度水平显著高于健康人对照组(t=4.992 1,P<0.05;t=4.722,P<0.05).DC组患者血清内脂素水平与DM组对照组有显著下降(t=4.236,P<0.05).结论 2型糖尿病患者内脂素水平下降可能提示冠心病的发生或加重,在2型糖尿病合并冠心病诊断和治疗中可能具有一定的意义.
