肿瘤患者凝血指标变化的临床意义

目的：观察不同恶性程度肿瘤患凝血象的变化并探讨其临床意义，方法：用法国STAGO compact全自动凝血分析仪对40例正常对照，20例子宫肌瘤，92例恶性实体肿瘤（肺癌22例，食管癌20例，胃癌，结直肠癌30例，宫颈癌20例）的凝血酶原时间（PT），活化部分凝血酶时间（APTT），纤维蛋白原（Fbg)，凝血酶时间（TT）进行检测，结果：各种恶性肿瘤患PT，APTT，TT水平较正常对照组升高，但无显性差异，Fbg则显增高（P＜0．01），子宫肌瘤患上述指标与正常对照组之间无统计学差异，结论：恶性实体肿瘤Fbg含量增高，机体处于高凝状态，有血栓形成趋势。

Study on the Variation of Coagulation in Tumor Patients

Objective: To study the variation of coagulation in tumor patients and to exploring its clinical significance. Methods: Prothrombin time(PT), activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT), fibrino-gen(Fbg) and thrombin time(TT) were determined in 20 patients with hysteromyoma and 92 patients with malignant tumors including lung cancer 22, esophageal cancer 20, gastric cancer and colorectal carcinoma 30, and cervical carcinoma 20. Results: PT, APTT, TT values in malignant tumor patients were not significant changes than normal(P>0.05), but there are obvious increases about Fbg(P<0.01). There was no statistics difference between the hysteromyoma patients and those of normal(P>0.05). Conclusion: Activation of coagulation existed in patients with malignant tumor.
