针灸联合宫内人工授精(IUI)治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕——65例疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察针灸与药物促排卵配合宫腔内人工授精(IUI)治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致不孕的临床疗效。方法:125例PCOS患者随机分为2组:治疗组65例,在药物促排卵基础上于IUI术前、后加针灸治疗;对照组60例,在IUI术前单以药物促排卵治疗。结果:治疗组的周期排卵率为83.9%,妊娠率为36.9%,黄素化未破裂卵泡(LUF)发生率为4.1%,周期取消率为6.3%;对照组周期排卵率为69.9%,妊娠率为20%,LUF发生率为23.1%,周期取消率为21.4%,组间比较均有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:针灸配合IUI治疗PCOS可有效提高临床妊娠率,降低了LUF及卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)等并发症的发生率。

Effect of Acupuncture Assist IUI Treatment on the Outcome of Infertility Patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Abstract:Objective: To explore the influence of acupuncture comlined medicion on the outcome of infertility patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome who undergo intrauterine insemination (IUI). Methods: A total of 125 cases of infertility patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome were divided into 2 groups: control group (n=60) accepted ovary induction with clomifene/hMG plus hCG before 156 cycles of IUI; acupuncture group (n=65) not only accepted the same ovary induction as control group but also received acupuncture before and after 143 cycles of IUI. Results: The ovulation, pregnancy, luteinized unruptured follicle cycle and cancel cycle rates were 83.9%, 36.9%, 4.1% and 6.3% in acupuncture group; and 69.9%, 20.0%, 23.1% and 21.4% in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Acupuncture could improve pregnancy rate with less side-effect and complication in the infertility PCOS patients who undergo IUI.
