阴道加德纳菌体外对精子参数的影响

目的:分析阴道加德纳菌体外对人精子活动率和前向运动精子比率的影响。方法:将阴道加德纳菌制成活菌悬液,在体外与经上游优化处理的正常人精子孵育。设无菌对照组(A组),细菌∶精子比为1∶1(B组);10∶1(C组);100∶1(D组),分别孵育0 h、1 h、2 h、4 h,采用计算机辅助的精子分析系统检测活动率和前向运动精子比率。结果:B组孵育4 h后,活动率和前向运动精子比率无明显变化。2 h后,A、C组前向运动精子比率存在显著差异。D组孵育1 h后有极显著性差异。结论:阴道加德纳菌体外对人精子活动率和前向运动精子比率有直接影响,且与菌量和孵育时间密切相关。

Effect of Gardnerella Vaginalis on Sperm Parameter

Objective: To observe the effect of gardnerella vaginalis on sperm activity and ratio of forward motile sperm in vitro. Methods: Viable organism suspension of gardnerella vaginalis was incubated with upriver prepared sperm in vitro. All samples were divided into 4 groups. Group A was control group with no gardnerella vaginalis mixed, groups B, C, D were with gardnerella vaginalis /sperm ratios of 1:1, 10:1 and 100:1, respectively. The sperm activity and the forward movement sperm ratio were analyzed by computer-assisted sperm analytical system at 0 h, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h post incubation. Results: The activity rate and the ratio of forward motile sperm were not significantly changed 4 h after incubation in group B, the ratios of forward motile sperm between group A and C were significantly different, and the difference was extremely significant in group D. Conclusion: Gardnerella vaginalis had direct influence on the sperm activity rate and the forward movement sperm ratios. The amount of gardnerella vaginalis and the span of incubation were positively related factors.
