| 摘 要： | 目的:研究促胃泌素释放肽(gastrin-releasing peptide,GRP)与自然流产的关系,进一步探讨GRP在妊娠过程中所起的作用。方法:建立小鼠正常妊娠模型(对照组)和自然流产模型(实验组),于妊娠13.5 d计算胚胎吸收率;采用免疫组织化学法测定各组GRP的表达情况。结果:实验组孕鼠的胚胎吸收率明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组的GRP表达率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GRP参与正常妊娠过程,自然流产的发生可能与GRP的低表达有关。
