| 摘 要： | 目的:观察取出皮埋剂后首次恢复排卵的情况,为育龄妇女及时采取避孕节育措施提供科学数据。方法:对54例在本单位取出皮埋剂者采取"宫颈黏液法+尿LH测量+B型超声波测量"相结合的方法监测排卵。结果:54例受术者首次排卵时间为24.1±16.9(4～74)d。结论:在取出皮埋剂后应立即采取适当的避孕措施,以免发生非意愿妊娠。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe first ovulation recovery after taking out of subcutaneous implants and provide women of reproductive age with scientific data in adopting contraception promptly.Methods：Monitoring ovulation was performed in 54 women who were removed subcutaneous implants in combined techniques：cervix mucus ＋ urine LH measuring＋B-mode ultrasonography monitoring.Results：The time of first ovulation recovery was 24.1±16.9（474） d in 54 cases.Conclusion：Women should take a proper way of contraception immediately after taking out of subcutaneous implants to avoid unintended pregnancy. |
