| 摘 要： | 目的:观察滋肾通关丸加减治疗中老年女性尿路感染的临床疗效。方法:根据中老年女性尿路感染病机特点,采用滋肾通关丸加减治疗观察本病68例,并作前后疗效观察。结果:治疗总有效率为88.2%,其中治愈34例,显效16例,有效10例,无效8例。结论:具有滋阴补肾、清热通淋作用的滋肾通关丸加减治疗中老年女性尿路感染具有较好疗效。
