用间接免疫荧光抗体法观察日本血吸虫体表cAMP的分布

用合成cAMP-BSA作抗原制得兔抗血清,然后用羊抗兔IgG荧光素作标记观察了日本血吸虫体表cAMP的分布。结果表明雄虫体表cAMP主要分布于吸盘及口腔的边缘,其他部位呈散在性分布。雌虫则呈较均匀的小点状密集分布。

Obser Vation on cAMP Presented on the Surface Membrane of Schis-tosoma Japonicum

Antiserum against cAMP was obtained from rabbit immunized with synthesized antigen 2'-O-succinyl-EDC-BSA mixed with complete Freund's adjuvant and boosters Gost antirabbit IgG fluorescein conjugated was then added as a detector. Results were checked with a fluorescent microscope.It was found that cAMP on the worm surface mainly distributed along the edge of the suckers and mouth of male worm while some points of different site were on the surface membrane, but for female worms there was a densified thin layer of cAMP covering the whole body.
