芜湖市2001年居民法定传染病漏报调查与分析

目的　通过了解芜湖市传染病报告现状及传染病在居民中的漏报情况 ,推算出校正发病率水平 ,为制订防治规划 ,提出防治措施提供依据。方法　采取整群随机抽样 ,抽取 3县 4区共 35个街道、乡镇 2 0 0 1年 1～ 1 0月份发生的法定传染病及就诊 (或未就诊 )情况。结果　我市法定传染病总漏报率为 1 5 .81 % ,据此估算我市同期传染病校正发病率为 5 1 1 .6 1 / 1 0万 ,是报告发病率 4 30 .71 / 1 0万的 1 .1 9倍。城乡漏报率差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。漏报率较高的病种是痢疾、病毒性肝炎和肺结核。就诊漏报最高的是村级卫生室 (个体诊所 )达 1 0 0 %。结论　目前芜湖市传染病漏报情况还很严重 ,因此 ,今后迫切需要加强疫情报告系统的管理 ,尤其是提高乡村医生的报病意识 ,提高传染病报告质量

Investigation and Analysis of Fail-to-report cases of infectious Diseases In Wuhu Residents, 2001.

Objective In order to know the present situation of infectious diseases report and adjust the report incidence rate. Metthods Through cluster and random sampling ,35 towns (or districts)were selected from four districts and three counties. The ascertained and suspicious cases of class A and B infectious diseases were investigated form Jan 1,2001 to Oct 31,2001. Results The total fail-to-report rate was 15.81%,so the corrected incidence rate was 511.61/10 5 . It was 1.19 times as the report incidence rate. The difference of total fail-to-report rate between cities and counties was siginificant(P <0.05).The diseases of the total fail-to-report, such as Dysenteries, Viral Hepatitis and Tuberculosis were relatively high. Fail-to-report rate in rural clinics were highest, 100%. Conclusions The present situation of fail-to-report of infectious diseases was still serious. It was urgent to strengthen the management of infectious diseases report system, especially the awareness of individual doctors case report and improve the quality of infectious diseases report.
