支气管哮喘患者血清白细胞介素-9、白细胞介素-13和免疫球蛋白E变化的研究

目的探讨白细胞介素-9(IL-9)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)在支气管哮喘发病机制中的作用。方法用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定50例支气管哮喘急性发作期治疗前后患者和21例健康对照者的血清IL-9I、L-13的浓度。结果支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的血清IL-9、IL-13浓度显著高于正常对照组。结论IL-9、IL-13等炎性细胞因子的测定对于评价炎症程度及疗效、指导临床治疗有重要意义。

Study on changes of serum Interleukin-9,Interleukin-13 and IgE levels in patients with bronchial asthma

Objective It is to approach the actions of serum interleukin-9(IL-9),interleukin-13(IL-13) levels in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 50 patients with asthma and 21 cases of normal individuals were recruited into the study.The plasma levels of IL-9,IL-13 and IgE were assayed by ELISA.Results The serum levels of IL-9,IL-13 were remarkably increased in patients with asthma at the acute stage compared with healthy controls(P<0.01).Conclusion The detection of IL-9,IL-13 and other inflammatory cytokines is important to evaluate the extent and effect of inflammation,and to guide linical therapy.
