气管插管在急诊科严重创伤患者中的应用

目的　强调气管插管在急诊科严重创伤患者中应用的重要性。方法　对 41例严重创伤患者插管指征、方式、时机及影响插管的因素进行回顾性分析。结果　经口明视下气管插管 (orotrachealintubation ,OTI)组成功 10例 ,8例插管失败 ,成功率 5 5 .6%( 10 18) ;经鼻盲探气管插管 (blindnasotrachealintubation ,BNTI)组成功 19例 ,4例插管失败 ,成功率 82 .6%( 19 2 3 )。结论　对急诊科严重创伤患者施行气管插管 ,能有效地保证气道开放和通气、保护气道减少误吸 ,为进一步检查和治疗提供了基本的生命支持。提倡在急诊科强化此项急救技术的培训 ,使之成为所有急诊医务人员必须掌握的基本医疗技术

The endotracheal intubation was used for serious trauma patient at emergency department

Objective Emphasizing the importance of using endotracheal intubation for the serious trauma patient in emergency department.Methods The sign, manner, occasion, factor of affecting endotracheal intubation for 41 cases with serious trauma were analyzed retrospectively.Results 10 cases were successful, 8 cases failure,the rate of succesful was 55.6%(10/18) in OTI group;19 cases were successful, 4 cases failure,the rate of succesful was 82.6%(19/23) in BNTI group.Conclusions The endotracheal intubation for serious trauma patient can ensure to open airway and ventilation ,protect airway and reduce accidental inhalation, it provides basic life support for patient in further exanination and treatment. Suggesting that the endotracheal intubation must be trained and holded by all staff as a basic medical technology in emergency department.
