输血科医院感染管理工作的改进措施

目的适应医院感染管理工作发展的需要，预防输血科医源性感染事件的发生。方法对输血科进行一系列改进措施：合理布局，严格功能区域划分，成立本科室医院感染督导小组，建立健全各项规章制度，建立工作人员健康档案。结果输血科的环境、设施、制度、人员等各方面的管理更加合理、规范，便于医院感染管理工作的开展，医院感染管理的水平也有所提高。结论改进输血科的管理措施，有利于医院感染管理水平的提高。

Improvement of Hospital Infection Management in Blood Transfusion Department

Objective To explore new methods to satisfy the requirements of management of hospital infection and prevent iatrogenic infection incident in blood transfusion department. Methods A series of improvement methods were adopted： dividing functional regions rationally, establishing a steering group in the present department, building and improving various rules and regulations, and establishing personnel healthy documents of staffs. Results The management of blood transfusion department in some aspects such as environment, facilities,rules and regulations,staff etc. became more rational, standardized,and promoted the development of hospital infection management. The management levels for hospital infection was also improved. Conclusion The improving of management measures in blood transfusion department is helpful to raise the management level of hospital infection.
