奥美拉唑治疗十二指肠球部溃疡24h胃内pH监测

用单晶体锑电极监测服药前后２４ｈ胃内ｐＨ变化，观察奥美拉唑对胃酸分泌的影响。在奥美拉唑服药５ｄ后ｐＨ明显升高（Ｐ〈０．０１），奥美拉唑晨间服药组使早８时￣晚８时的ｐＨ〉３的总时间和平均ｐＨ、中位ｐＨ明显高于晚间服药组（Ｐ〈０．０５），亦使晚８时￣早８时及２４ｈ各ｐＨ指标上升高于晚间服药组，但无统计学差异。十二指肠球部溃疡病人服药前ｐＨ密度分布呈左倾单峰形态，服奥美拉唑后呈双峰或右倾单峰形态。提示奥

24 HOUR INTRAGASTRIC pH MONITORING IN PATIENTS WITH DUOLDENAL ULCER TREATED WITH OMEPRAZOLE

patients with duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into two groups and treated with omeprazole.Monocrystant electrode was used to monitor the fluctuation of 24 hour intragastric pH before and after med ication to observe the influence on the secretion of gastric acid.The result showed that pH paramtres increased significantly after treated with omeprazole( P <0 01).Mean pH,median pH and total time pH>3 in the daytime (8am 8pm) were higher if omeprazole was administered in the morning as compared with night administration( P <0 05).Left skewed,unimodal density distribution of pH were found in all subjects before medication,whereas bimodal or right skewed density distribution of pH occured in the subjects taking omeprazole.The above data suggested that omeprazole has a persistant and strong inhibiting effect on the secretion of gastric acid,and this action appeared more obvious when it is given in the morning than at night.
