甘肃省卫生Ⅷ支持性项目涂阴肺结核病干预试点体会

涂阴肺结核病人是潜在的传染源，对病人和社会都构成威胁。由英国政府赠款支持卫生Ⅷ项目(H8SP)在我省康乐、岷县、宕昌对涂阴活动性肺结核的发现、治疗和管理进行了为期三年半的试点活动(2001．1-2003．6在实施卫生X项目后停止)，覆盖人口90多万人，共发现病人1421例，完成治疗1389例，取得了显著成效。

Learning of smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis intervention funded by H8SP

Smear negative TB patients are potential source of infection,which tend to be a threat to health of people and safety of local community.A pilot activity of active smear negative TB detection,treatment and management had been implemented with the support of H8SP for three and a half years in Kangle County,Minxian County and Tangchang County(from Jan. 2001 to June 2003). Then this activity was stopped after the adopting of Health X Project.It covers a population of more than 900 thousand. With activity surveillance,it had detected TB cases of 1 421 and completed treatment up to 1 389 cases. This paper is to review learning of TB intervention.
