| 摘 要： | 目的:研究趋化因子配体18(CCL 18)在胃癌中的表达,为进一步探讨其在胃癌演进和转移中的作用奠定基础。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(EL ISA)检测45例胃癌患者及30例健康对照组外周血中CCL 18的浓度,同时应用免疫组化检测45例肿瘤组织CCL 18趋化因子的表达情况。结果:胃癌患者外周血中的浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。在胃癌组织中,CCL 18表达阳性率明显高于正常胃粘膜组织(P<0.001)。结论:胃癌组织中存在着CCL 18高表达,外周血浓度明显升高,提示CCL 18可能进一步开发为胃癌的一种生物学标志物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the expression of Chemokine CC-motif Ligand 18(CCL18) in gastric cancer.(Methods): The levels of serum CCL18 in 45 patients with gastric cancer were analyzed by ELISA method.Immunohistochemistry assay was used to detect the expression of CCL18 in 45 gastric cancer tissues.Results: The levels of serum CCL18 in 45 patients with gastric cancer were significantly increased,compared with control groups(P<0.01).The expression of CCL18 were significantly increased in tissues of gastric cancer(P<0.001).Conclusion: Chemokine CC-motif Ligand 18 is expressed in gastric cancer tissues with higher serum level.This study suggests CCL18 as novel candidate of gastric cancer marker. |
