妈富隆治疗子宫功能性出血病112例分析

目的探讨妈富隆在治疗子宫功能性出血病的有效性及控制周期的效果。方法选择2002年10月～2003年10月在我院门诊妇科诊断为子宫功能性出血病近围绝经期的112例病人在诊刮术后或是经妇康片急性止血后予妈富隆治疗。控制周期3个月后停药随访半年,同法选择同期病例的122例为对照组予妇康片加倍美力治疗。结果实验组治疗子宫功能性出血病有效率96.1%,对照组为79.5%,在控制周期上,两组周期相似,经期28天左右,经期4～5天,量少为主,突破性出血实验组占3.6%,对照组占20.4%,点滴出血实验组为1.8%,对照组为15.6%,两组间有极显著意义(P<0.01)。结论妈富隆治疗子宫功能性出血病具有很好的有效性和周期控制。

Analysis on Marvelon Treated 112 cases of Dysfunction Uterine Bleeding

Objective To study the effect on the grand validity and control period during Marvelon treated DUB. Method Choices 112 perimenopausal period women who diagnosed as DUB during October 2002-2003,after surround menopause issue in examine to scrape skill or gone through after Norethisterone actute stop bleeding actived Marvelon treatment. after control period 3 months stop medicine to visit half a year. choice the same case used Norethisterone and premarin treatment. Result Treat DUB effective Experiment group is 96.1%, comparing group is 79.5%.breakthrough breading Experiment group is 3.6%, comparing group is 20.4%.A bit bleeding experiment group is 15.6%, comparing group is 1.8% , very notable meaning(p<0.01) between two groups. Conclusion Marvelon treated DUB have good validity and period control.
