上海市徐汇区1996～1998年心脑血管病现状分析

目的 ]　了解徐汇区 1996～ 1998年心脑血管病的发病和死亡状况。　 方法 ]　应用徐汇区各医院上报的、由本区疾病预防控制中心收集的“上海市心脑血管病发病、死亡报告卡” ,进行统计分析。　 结果 ]　上海市徐汇区居民1996～ 1998年心脑血管病年平均发病率为 2 2 7.0 9/10万 ;年平均死亡率为 87.88/10万。各种心脑血管疾病发病率顺位依次为脑栓塞 ( 97.90 /10万 )、脑出血 ( 47.71/10万 )、脑血栓形成 ( 42 .46/10万 )、心梗 ( 2 2 .68/10万 )、冠心病 ( 6.5 3/10万 )、未定型卒中 ( 5 .65 /10万 )、蛛网膜腔出血 ( 4.17/10万 )。男性无论发病率或死亡率均明显高于女性。发病率和死亡率均随着年龄的增加而显著增加。 60岁以上老年人发病人数占发病总人数的 88.2 7% ,死亡人数占死亡总人数的 91.62 %。　 结论 ]　随着我国平均期望寿命的延长 ,老龄人口的增加 ,应重视开展心脑血管病综合防治工作

Incidence and mortality of cardiovascular diseases from 1996 to 1998 in Xuhui district, Shanghai

To understand the current situation and trend of incidence and mortality of cardiovascular diseases in Xuhui district. Data on morbidity and deaths of cardiovascular diseases were collected from register department of health information in Xuhui district and analyzed. The average incidence rate of cardiovascular diseases was 227.09/10 5 with average mortality rate 87.88/10 5 from 1996～1998. Among all kinds of the cardiovascular diseases, the incidence rate of cerebral infarction ranked the first(97.90/10 5), followed by cerebral hemorrhage (47.71/10 5), cerebral thrombosis ranked the third (42.46/10 5), the fourth was myocardial infarction (22.65/10 5) and the fifth coronary heart disease (6.53/10 5). The incidence rate of the males was higher than that of the females. A marked increasing trend was observed with increase of age and time. Conclusion] The higher and increasing incidence rates of cardiovascular diseases indicate that more attention should be paid to prevention and control of cardiovascular diseases in the District.
