隔药灸治疗血瘀型膝骨关节炎疗效观察

目的对隔药灸治疗血瘀型膝骨关节炎（KOA）的治疗效果进行量化、客观化评定，以观察隔药灸治疗血瘀型KOA的疗效。方法将确诊的血瘀型KOA患者70例（共98膝），随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用隔三七饼灸，每日1次，10次为1个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程。对照组予双氯芬酸钠缓释片75mg／d，1次顿服，连服20d。对治疗前后膝关节的症状、体征进行评分比较以判断治疗效果。结果治疗组的综合疗效和远期疗效与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组改善疼痛积分方面，两组间无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论隔三七饼灸治疗血瘀型KOA疗效确切，综合疗效及远期疗效均优于西药治疗，是一种防治KOA的有效疗法。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Herbal Cake-separated Moxibustion on Knee Osteoarthritis of Blood Stasis Type

Objective To quantitatively and objectively investigate the therapeutic effect of herbal cake-separated moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis （KOA） of blood stasis type. Methods Seventy patients （98 knees in total） diagnosed with KOA of blood stasis type were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The treatment group received notoginseng cake-separated moxibustion once daily, 10 times as a course, for two consecutive courses and the control group took Diclofenac Sodium sustained-release tablets 75 mg once daily, for 20 consecutive days. Knee symptom and sign score was counted before and after treatment. The scores were compared to evaluate the therapeutic effects. Results There were statistically significant differences in overall and long-term therapeutic effects between the treatment and control groups （P〈0.05）. The effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group. There was no significant post-treatment difference in pain marks between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Notoginseng cake-separated moxibustion has a positive therapeutic effect on KOA of blood stasis type. Its overall and long-term therapeutic effects were both superior to those of the western drug in the control group. It is an effective way to prevent and treat KOA.
