放疗同步每周紫杉醇方案与PF方案治疗中晚期宫颈癌疗效比较

目的探讨中晚期宫颈癌患者同步放化疗的化疗方案的选择。方法在接受顺铂+5-Fu及紫杉醇同步放化疗的患者中分别随机抽取32例患者组成PF组(32例)及紫杉醇组(32例)两组。观察两组的治疗效果和不良反应，并进行比较。结果两组近期有效率分别为87.5％和93.75％，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；两组3年生存率分别为58.1%和62.5%，差异亦无统计学意义(P>0．05)；PF组有较明显的消化道及口腔黏膜反应而且肾功损害明显，与紫杉醇组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而紫杉醇组则有较重的骨髓抑制及神经毒性，与PF组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顺铂+氟尿嘧啶与紫杉醇两种化疗方案应用于同步放化疗，疗效相当，差异无统计学意义。但不良反应差别较大，应个体化选择同步化疗方案。

Comparison of Effect between Concurrent Radiochemotherapy with Weekly Taxol Versus with Cisplatin and 5-Fu on Medium and Advanced Stage Cervical Cancer
