胃肠肿瘤患者手术前后外周血survivin mRNA定量检测的临床意义

 目的研究胃肠肿瘤患者手术前后外周血survivin mRNA表达量的变化 ，分析其与复发转移的关系。方法采用 实时荧光定量 RT - PCR检测40例胃肠肿瘤患者手术前后外周血survivin mRNA表达量,并进行6月的随访；同时以10 例患胆石症或阑尾炎的非癌手术病人作为对照。结果40例胃肠肿瘤患者，手术前后外周血survivin mRNA阳性率分 别为87.5%和45%，两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01）；5例术前未检出survivin mRNA表达的患者术后均未检出 ；35例survivin mRNA阳性表达的患者中术后17例未检出，12例survivin mRNA水平明显低于术前,6例survivin mRNA水平增高； 6例术后survivin mRNA水平增高的患者在随访6月内有4例出现明显的肝转移。结论检测手术前后 外周血survivin mRNA水平的变化，可作为观察胃肠肿瘤术后复发转移的一种非侵入性、可测量的客观指标。

Clinical Significance of Quantitative Detection of survivin mRNA in Peripheral Blood of Gastrointestinal Cancer Patients before and after Operation
