| 摘 要： | 目的检测胃癌基质金属蛋白酶-3（MMP-3）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达，探讨MMP-3和VEGF在不同临床病理特征中的意义，以期为临床工作提供理论支持。方法本实验以140例胃癌新鲜标本作为观察组，140例正常新鲜胃黏膜组织作为对照组，采用流式细胞技术，检测两组中MMP-3和VEGF表达的关系，观察MMP-3和VEGF的表达在不同临床特征中的差别。结果胃癌中MMP-3和VEGF的表达量明显高于对照组，MMP-3和VEGF的表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关。MMP-3和VEGF在胃癌中的表达呈正相关性。结论胃癌中MMP-3和VEGF高表达，参与肿瘤的发生发展，联合检测MMP-3和VEGF的表达可能对判断胃癌的预后有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the expressions of MMP-3 and VEGF,and investigate their clinical characteristic in gastric carcinoma.Methods The study included 140 cases of gastric carcinoma as observation group,140 cases of normal gastric mucosa as control group.The expressions of MMP-3 and VEGF were detected in two groups by FCM.We analyzed the different clinical characteristic in the observation group.Results The higher expressions of MMP-3 and VEGF were found in the observation group than that in the control group.... |
