| 摘 要： | 目的探讨垂体肿瘤转化基因(PTTG)的表达与大肠癌发生、发展的关系。方法采用反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)技术及免疫组织化学法检测20例大肠正常黏膜、20例大肠腺瘤、80例大肠癌组织中PTTG mRNA及蛋白的表达水平。结果大肠癌组织中PTTG mRNA及蛋白的表达量明显高于大肠腺瘤和正常黏膜组织(P均<0.01)，大肠腺瘤组织亦高于正常黏膜组织(P<0.01)，且PTTG mRNA及蛋白的表达量与大肠癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移呈正相关。结论PTTG的高表达在大肠癌的发生、发展过程中起到重要作用，可作为判断大肠癌发生发展的预测因素。
