| 摘 要： | 目的观察穴位去自由基法治疗单纯性肥胖的疗效,探讨治疗单纯性肥胖的机理并初步探索经络与自由基的关系。方法将60例患者随机分为2组,分别设立PTD-SOD霜剂治疗组、针刺对照组,观察治疗前后肥胖相关指标即体重、体质指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、臀围、腰臀比(WHR)等指标的变化情况。结果PTD-SOD组有效率60.00%,针刺组76.67%。两组方法对单纯性肥胖患者各项指标治疗前后比较有显著差异(P0.01)。PTD-SOD组疗效与针刺组比较差异无显著性意义(P0.05)。结论穴位去自由基法对单纯性肥胖有较明显疗效,并证实了穴位经络与自由基有着密切的关系。
