摘    要:目的 探讨SMART(shape memory alloy recoverable technologystent)支架治疗颈动脉病变的有效性、安全性。方法 选择颈动脉狭窄大于 5 0 %或有内膜病变的患者 17例行SMART支架内置入治疗 ,于围手术期进行抗血小板治疗 ,并行全脑血管造影及部分行颈部超声检查。手术采用预扩与不预扩两种操作。结果  17例手术操作顺利 ,影像学评价完全成功。治疗后短暂性脑缺血发作 (TIA)消失 ,残余狭窄均 <5 0 %。无症状脑梗死 1例 ,无死亡。结论 应用SMART支架内置入是治疗颈动脉狭窄的一种安全、有效的方法

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effectiveness, safety, and practicability of percutaneous transluminal SMART stent placement in the management of carotid artery lesion. Methods A total of 17 patients with carotid artery lesion, transient ischemic attack (TIA), and cerebral infarction were admidded for stent placement. Antiplatelet therapy and cerebral angiography as well as cervical Doppler sonography were performed perioperatively. SMART stent placement was performed with and without pre dilation. Results All procedures based on angiography were successful and all patients were free from TIA. Residual stenosis was <50%. Asymptomatic cerebral infarction was found in 1 case, but no death occurred. Conclusion Percutaneous transluminal stent combined with perioperative medical therapy is a novel therapeutic method. The SMART stent placement is an effective and safe method for the treatment of carotid artery lesion.
