经额颞眶颧联合入路切除颅眶沟通肿瘤

目的 探讨经额颞眶颧联合入路切除颅眶沟通肿瘤的优越性。方法 经头颅ＣＴ或ＭＲＩ确诊，手术采取经额颞眶颧联合入路，显微镜下切除肿瘤。结果 肿瘤全切除２３例，次全切除７例，大部分切除５例，无手术死亡。随访２～８年，恢复原工作２６例，肿瘤复发９例，其中恶性肿瘤６例，蝶骨嵴脑膜瘤复发３例。结论 颅眶沟通瘤经额颞眶颧联合入路显微镜下切除是一种安全、有效的方法。

Microsurgical treatment of cranio-orbital tumor with the frontal-temporal-orbital-zygomatic approach

Objective　To study the operative approach for cranio-orbital tumor.Methods　Thirty-five patients with cranio-orbital tumor diagnosed by CT or MRI were treated by the frontal-temporal-orbital-zygomatic approach with microsurgery. Results　Total resection was done in 23 cases, subtotal resection in 7 cases, and gross resection in 5 cases, with no mortality. Of the 35 patients, who were followed up for 2～8 years, 26 returned to their work, and 9 suffered recurrence. Six of the 9 cases were malignant tumor, and the other 3 were sphenoid wing meningioma.Conclusion　It is safe and effective to resect cranio-orbital tumor by the frontal-temporal-orbital-zygomatic approach with microsurgery.
