椎间盘镜下髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效分析

目的:总结第二代椎间盘镜手术系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:2006年5月～2008年7月应用第二代腰椎间盘镜手术(MEDⅡ)治疗32例腰椎间盘突出症(33个间隙),单间隙突出者31例,双间隙突出者1例。腰3、42例,腰4、57例,腰5骶122例。结果:全部患者均获得随访,随访时间1～12个月,平均(5.6±0.8)个月,优良率90.6%。结论:显微椎间盘镜下髓核摘除术具有手术创伤小、神经根减压彻底、术后恢复快的特点,选择合适的适应证和仔细操作是手术成功的关键。

Micro-endoscopic discectomy for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

Objective ：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of second generation micro-endoscopic disceetomy （ MED- Ⅱ ） in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods ： A retrospective analysis was made on 32 cases（33 discs） of lumbar disc herniation undergone MED between May,2006 and July,2008. Among them,31 were single disc herniation and 1 was double disc herniation. The prolapse was involved in at L3 -4 in 2 cases,L4-5 in 7, L5 - S1 in 22 and both L4 - L5 and L5 - S1 in 1. Results：All the cases were followed up,ranging from 1 to 12 months with an average of（5.6 ±0.8） months. The results showed that 90.6% recovered . Conclusion ： MED has the advantages of minimal invasion, adequate decompression of the nerve root and rapid recovery ,but the specific indications must be taken into account.
