乳腺钼靶X线摄影和超声诊断乳腺导管内癌的对照研究

目的 :评价乳腺钼靶X线摄影和超声诊断乳腺导管内癌的价值。材料和方法 :回顾性分析 3 8例病理证实乳腺导管内癌的乳腺钼靶X线摄影和超声的表现。结果 :3 8例中 ,乳腺钼靶X线摄影表现为丛样微小钙化点 16例( 4 2 .1% ) ,边界不规则高密度影 13例 ( 3 4.2 % )。乳腺导管造影显示导管充盈缺损或中断 6例 ( 15 .8% )。超声显示为界限不清和形态不规则实性肿块 11例 ( 2 8.9% ) ,界限清楚和形态规则实性肿块 6例 ( 15 .8% ) ,囊实性肿块 3例 ( 7.9% )。乳腺钼靶X线摄影和超声准确诊断率分别为 78.9%和 5 2 .6%。结论 :乳腺钼靶X线摄影和超声对乳腺导管内癌有诊断价值 ,但前者优于后者 ,二者结合能提高诊断率

Comparision of Molybdenum Target Mammographic with Sonographic Diagnosis of Ductal Carcinoma in Situ of the Breast

Purpose: To evaluate molybdenum target mammographic and sonographic diagnosis of ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast. Materials and Methods: The molybdenum target mammographic and sonographic appearances of 38 patients with ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast proved pathologically were retrospectively analyzed. Results: On molybdenum target mammograms,the tumor appeared as a cluster of micro-calcified spots in 16 cases(42.1%) and an irregular,hyperdense shadow in 13 cases(34.2%).The galactograms showed introluminal filling defect or duct-cut-off sign in 6 cases(15.8%). Sonography presented the tumor as an irregular, hazy marginated, solid mass in 11 cases(28.9%),a regular,clearly marginated mass in 6 cases(15.8%),a cystic-solid mass in 3 cases(7.89%).The rate of accuracy diagnosis of molybdenum target mammography and sonography respectively was 78.9% and 52.6%. Conclusion: Both molybdenum target mammography and sonography are an useful diagnostic mathod of ductal carcinomar in situ of the breast,but the former better than the latter.When molybdenum target mammography combined with sonography,the rate of accuracy diagnosis will be improved.
