| 摘 要： | 目的:总结无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝护理方法。方法:术前充分准备,术后密切观察,加强体位、疼痛、饮食及预防并发症的护理。结果:患者术后恢复快,未发生与护理相关的并发症。结论:充分的术前准备和完善的术后护理是提高老年无张力疝修补术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the nursing approach in the tension-free repair of hernia of senile inguinal hernia.Methods: The comprehensive nursing care was given,such as full preoperative preparation,close postoperative observation including adjustment of posture,relief of pain and prevention of complications.Results: The patients recovered as fast as expected,without any complications which related to nursing care.Conclusion: The full preparation and active postoperative nursing care are the key measures to ensure the success of the tension-free repair of hernia of senile inguinal hernia. |
