| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低分子肝素钙联合奥扎格雷钠在急性脑梗死中的临床价值。方法将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组60例，治疗组60例，对照组给予丹参注射液和阿司匹林肠溶片等常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用低分子肝素钙和奥扎格雷钠治疗。2周后观察临床疗效、神经功能缺损及血液流变学指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率88．3％，高于对照组总有效率70％（P〈0．05），在血液流变学水平与对照组比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论低分子肝素钙和奥扎格雷钠能明显改善急性脑梗死患者的临床症状和血液流变学指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clincical applictation value of LMWHC and ozagrel sodium in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods 120 patients with ACI were randomly assigned to control group(n=60) and treatment group(n=60). Patients in control group were treated by routine therapy(dansen injeetion,ASP).
