摘除颌下腺对大鼠胃粘膜DNA和蛋白质合成速率的影响

摘    要:摘除颌下腺后第3周,取胃粘膜组织进行~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)和~3H-亮氨酸(~3H-Leucine)参入实验。结果表明,~3H-TdR和~3H-Leucine的参入量均较对照组明显降低,而颌下腺摘除大鼠经口补充外源性表皮生长因子(EGF)后,~3H-TdR和~3H-Leucine的参入量均明显回升。提示,颌下腺对维持胃粘膜DNA和蛋白质合成速率具有重要作用,而这一作用的发挥可能与颌下腺所分泌的EGF有关。

Abstract:The incorporation of ~8H-TdR and ~3H-leucinc into gastric mucosa in vitro was reduced 3 weeksafter sialoadenectomy. Oral administration of exogenous EGF to sialoadenectomized rats could reversethe response. These results indicated that submandibular glands play an important role in maintainingthe synthesis of DNA and protein in gastric mucosa in rats. During these processes EGF secreted fromsubmandibular glands into gastrointestinal tract may be the most important factor.
