联合皮肤墨水与维生素AD胶丸标记在脊椎与脊髓病变MRI定位中的应用

目的：探讨皮肤墨水与维生素AD胶丸联合标记在脊椎与脊髓病变MRI定位中的应用价值。方法：选择145例脊椎和脊髓病变作MRI检查的患者，随机分为四组：由二位有经验的影像科医师进行阅片，分别采用传统定位法、胶丸定位法、联合定位法及X线定位法定位，用手术或穿刺检验上述方法的准确性。联合法分别与传统法、胶丸法及X线法的定位准确性作比较，并进行统计学处理。结果：联合应用皮肤墨水与浓缩维生素AD胶丸标记定位法较传统定位法的准确性具有明显的优势。联合定位法虽然较胶丸定位法、X线定位法定位准确性无显著差异，但联合定位法能被临床直接使用，具有很大优势。结论：联合应用皮肤墨水与维生素AD胶丸标记在脊椎和脊髓病变MRI定位的方法，定位准确，简单方便，实用可靠，能直接供临床使用，具有普遍推广价值。

The Application of Combining Skin Ink With Vit AD in MRI Localization of Spine Vertebrae and Myeleterosis

Objective: to evaluate the applied value of comb ining skin ink with vi t.AD in MRI localization of spine vertebrae and myeleterosis. Methods: 145 cas es of spine vertebrae and myeleterosis were made MRI. These cases were divided i nto four groups at random and were used respectively four methods, i.e. traditio nal localization method, capsule localization method, combining localization met hod and X-ray localization method by two experienced doctors to see their accura cy by operation or acupuncture. The accuracy of combining localization method wa s compared with those of the other three methods and was analyzed statistically. Results: Combining skin ink with concentrated Vit.AD localization method had obv ious advantages compared with traditional localization method. As far as accurac y is concerned, although combing localization method had not obvious differences with capsule localization method and X-ray localization method, it could be dir ectly used for clinical practice and had more advantages.Conclusion:Combing ski n ink with Vit.AD localization method has precise localization, simple use and h igh reliability. It can be directly used for clinical practice and its value is worth spreading.
