| 摘 要： | 目的评价碘125粒子（125^I）永久植入近距离放射治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法对30例恶性肿瘤患者在局麻下经CT引导植入125^I治疗，3个月后按WHO恶性肿瘤治疗客观疗效标准进行疗效评价。结果30例中完全缓解8例（26.7%），部分缓解14例（46.7%），稳定6例（20%，进展2例（6.7%），总有效率73.4%。结论125^I植入治疗晚期恶性肿瘤微创、安全、有效，对晚期恶性肿瘤的治疗具有较好的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of 125^I radioactive seed permanent implantation for advanced malignant tumors. Methods A total of 30 patients with malignant tumors underwent 125^I radioactive seed implantation guided by CT under local anesthesia. Clinical effects were evaluated 3 months later. Results Among the 30 cases, 8 complete recovered （26.7%）, 14 partial recovered （46.7%）, 6 kept stable （20%） and 2 had progressive （6.7%）. The total effective rate was 73.4%. Conclusion 125^I radioactive seed implantation is a safe, minimally invasive and effective treatment for advanced malignant tumors. |
