短期抗甲状腺药物治疗与抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体关系的研究

目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症（简称甲亢）患者治疗前后抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体（ANCA）检出情况及其与短期抗甲状腺药物治疗的关系。方法将60例初诊Graves病甲亢患者治疗前作为未治疗组（n=60），治疗后归为治疗组（n=10），40例非甲亢健康人群作为对照组（n=40）。用间接免疫荧光法（ⅡF）检测血清ANCA及抗核抗体（ANA）。结果2例初诊未治疗甲亢患者ANCA—ⅡF阳性，10例治疗前ANCA阴性患者药物治疗6个月后及健康人群未检测出ANCA，患者与健康人群差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。所有血清ANA均阴性。结论ANCA与Craves病本身可能无关，以及短期抗甲状腺药物治疗可能不诱发ANCA。

The preliminary study on relation between short-term treatment by anti-thyroid drug and against neutrophil cytoplasmic antigens

Objective To investigate the detection of Against Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antigens(ANCA)before and after treatment in patients with hyperthyroidism,and the relation with short-term treatment by anti-thyroid drug.Methods 60 cases with graves disease before treatment was untreated group(n=60),after treating by anti-thyroid drug these 10 cases would be as treatment group(n=10),40 healthy people served as control group(n=40).ANCA and ANA(Antinuclear Antibody)were detected by indirect immunofluorescence(IIF)experiments.Results 2 cases with graves disease who were newly diagnosed were ANCA-IIF( ).ANCA had not be detected in both 40 healthy people and the 10 cases who were ANCA-IIF(-)before treating by anti-thyroid drug for 6 months.ANA had not be detected in these 3 groups.Conclusion ANCA may irrelevant with graves disease,and short-term treatment by anti-thyroid drug may not induce ANCA.
