Survivin及Caspase-3在肝癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的探讨Survivin和Caspase-3在肝癌组织中的表达、二者与标本临床病理特征的相关性及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测92例肝细胞癌石蜡切片中Survivin和Caspase-3表达的情况并结合临床病理资料进行分析。结果Survivin在肝细胞癌标本中表达阳性率为61%,癌旁组织中阳性表达率仅10%;Caspase-3在肝细胞癌标本中表达阳性率为58%,癌旁组织中阳性表达率为85%。Survivin和Caspase-3在肝细胞癌中表达呈明显的负相关。Survivin的表达与肝细胞癌肿瘤大小、门静脉癌栓密切相关(P<0.05)。结论Survivin、Caspase-3参与了肝细胞癌的发展,Survivin可能通过抑制Caspase-3的活性从而发挥其抑制肝细胞癌细胞凋亡作用。

Expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and its clinical significance

Objective It is to discuss the expression of Survivin and Caspase-3 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue,the correlation of Survivin and Caspase-3 with clinical pathology characteristics of specimen and its clinical significance.Methods The expressions of Survivin and Caspase-3 in hepatocellular carcinoma paraffin section of 92 patients were detected with immunohistochemical method.The circumstance combined with clinical pathology data was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Survivin in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue was 61% and that in pericarcinoma tissue was 10%.The positive expression rate of Caspase-3 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue was 58% and that in pericarcinoma tissue was 85%.There was obvious negative correlation between Survivin expression and Caspase-3 expression in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues.There was significant correlation between Survivin expression and tumor size and the tumor thrombus in portal vein(P<0.05).Conclusion Survivin and Caspase-3 participate in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma.Survivin may produce a marked effect of restraining hepatocellular carcinoma cell apoptosis through restraining the activity of Caspase-3.
