优氯净和新消净消毒效果的研究

<正> 优氯净(二氯异氰尿酸钠)为广谱、高效消毒剂,易溶于水,有效氯含量为60%。新消净是用优氯净和去垢剂制成的一种消毒洗涤剂,有效氯含量为6%。两者皆为性能稳定的白色粉末,长年贮存,有效氯含量基本不变,用时不产生泡沫。我们对优氯净和新消净进行了杀菌、灭活乙型肝炎表面抗原和食具现场消毒试验。现将结果报告如下。

STUDY ON THE DISINFECTION EFFICACY OF YOULUJING AND XINXIAOJING

Xinxiaojing is a disinfection detergent containing Youlüjing (sodium dichloroisocyanurate) and a detergent. Both Youlüjing and Xinxiaojing showed excellent disinfection effect in the experiments. When a solution of Youlüjing or Xinxiaojing cantaining 50 mg/L available chlorine was used for disinfection, HBsAg was inactivated after exposure for 5 min. The concentration of available chlorine required for inactivation of HBsAg in suspension containing 10% sterilized calf serum should be 3～6 times as much.The solutions of Youlüjing or Xinxiaojing containing 15 mg/L and 10 mg/L avaiablechlorine respectively could kill Escherichia coli completely in 10 min. When 10% calf serum was added to the suspension of E. coli, the concentration of availahle chlolrine should be increased to 160 mg/L. For complete killing of Pacillus cereus spores in 10 min, the concentration of the two disinfectants should be 350 mg/L and 400 mg/L (available chlorine) respectively. When they were used for disinfection of tablewares, solution containing 300 mg/L available chlorine at 19℃ could kill E. coli completely in 2～3 min.The Q_(10) value of Youlüjing at 15～35℃ is 1～1.25. Food residue can increase he consumption of available chlorine and, therefore, should be cleaned out as much as possible before disinfection of tablewares
