胸腔积液中内皮抑素的检测对肺癌的诊断价值

目的研究良恶性胸腔积液内皮抑素(endostatin)的表达,探讨endostatin对肺癌的诊断价值。方法分别采用双抗体夹心ELISA法、微粒子酶免疫法、速率法检测44例患者胸腔积液endostatin、癌胚抗原(CEA)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)的水平。结果恶性胸腔积液组endostatin水平(192.6±96.9)ng/mL]显著高于良性组(120.6±49.3)ng/mL],P<0.01。胸腔积液endostatin含量测定对恶性胸腔积液的诊断效能略差于CEA。结论胸腔积液endostatin的检测对恶性胸腔积液有一定的诊断价值,endostatin、CEA、ADA的两两联合检测有助于临床诊断。

DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF DETECTING ENDOSTATIN LEVELS OF PLEURAL EFFUSIONS FOR LUNG CANCER

Objective To assess the diagnostic value of detecting endostatin in the pleural effusions of patients with benign and malignant diseases.Methods Endostatin,Carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and adenosine deaminase(ADA) levels in the pleural effusions of benign diseases and lung cancer patients were measured respectively by using sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),particulate enzyme immunoassay(EIA) and kinetics method.Results The concentration of endostatin was significantly higher in malignant pleural effusions due to lung cancer(192.6±96.9 ng/mL) than that in benign group(120.6±49.3 ng/mL),P<0.01,and endostatin was slightly less valuable than CEA in diagnosis of malignant pleural effusions.Conclusion Endostatin may be a useful marker to differentiate between benign and malignant pleural effusions.The combined detection of two of the three indicators-endostatin,CEA and ADA in the pleural effusion were of important clinical significance in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
