诱发大鼠肝癌过程中IL-2、淋巴细胞转化率变化

目的 :了解应用二甲基奶油黄 ( DAB)诱发大鼠肝癌过程中大鼠免疫功能变化 ,观察大鼠白细胞介素 2( IL- 2 )、淋巴细胞转化率改变及其相互关系。方法 :在诱发大鼠肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌 3个阶段分别取大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞 ,测定 IL- 2活性和淋巴细胞转化率。结果 :肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌期大鼠 IL- 2活性、淋巴细胞转化率降低 ( P <0 .0 5或 <0 .0 1)。对照、肝癌组大鼠 IL- 2与淋巴细胞转化率呈正相关 ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,肝炎、肝硬化组大鼠 IL- 2与淋巴细胞转化率无关 ( P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :诱发大鼠肝癌过程中 ,IL - 2活性、淋巴细胞转化率逐步降低 ,肝癌组大鼠 IL - 2活性降低与淋巴细胞合成功能下降有关。肝炎期 IL - 2活性显著下降提示有早期肝癌发生的可能

Change of IL- 2 and Lymphocyte Transformation Rate in Rats with Hepatic Carcinomas Induced by DAB

Objective:In order to investigate the change of immune function of rats with hepatic carcinoma induced by DAB.Methods:The lymphocytes from rat spleen were used to investigate IL- 2 and lymphocyte transformation( LT) rate in three different stages of hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatic carcinoma.Results:Compared in different stages,the IL- 2 and LT rate decreased significantly( P <0 .0 5 or0 .0 1 ) .In normal and carcinoma groups IL- 2 and LT rate have marked correlation ( P <0 .0 5 ) ,but in hepatitis and cirrhosis groups ( P >0 .0 5 ) . Conclusions:IL- 2 and LT rate were decreased gradually in the process of induced liver carcinoma of rats.In liver carcinoma group,decrease of IL- 2 activity has relation with decrease of lymphocyte synthetic function.So the decrease of IL - 2 activity of patients with hepatitis implies possibility of liver carcinoma.
