CSEA和CEA用于TURP手术的临床效果观察

目的比较腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉(CSEA)和连续硬膜外麻醉(CEA)用于经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的临床效果.方法40例前列腺增生和前列腺癌患者随机分为CSEA和CEA两组.术中观察:麻醉平均起放时间,SBP下降≥术前基础值30%例数,术中使用麻黄碱例数,牵拉反应,肌肉松驰满意度和麻醉辅助用药的例数.结果SBP下降≥术前基础值30%例数和术中使用麻黄碱例数两组间无差别(P＞0.05),而牵拉反应,肌肉松满意度,麻醉辅助用药等,CSEA组明显优于CEA组(P＜0.05).结论CSEA用于TURP起效快、肌松好、痛觉阻带完善.

A clinical study of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and continual epidural anesthesia in transurethral resection of prostate

AimTo evaluate combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (CESA) and continual epidural anesthesia (CEA) in transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) .Methods40 patients of prostate were divided into 2 groups randomly-CESA group and CEA group.In operation, average onset time of anesthesia, the patient number of SBP drop is more than the preoperative basic number of 30%.The number of patient using ephoderine, the patient number of tractional reaction,the level of muscle relaxation and assisted medicine were observed.ResultsThere is no diffreent in preoperative the patient number of SBP drop basic number30% and ephodorine used in operation(P>0.05).CSEA group is better than CEA group in other conditions(P<0.05).ConclusionWhen CSEA is used In TURP ,the onset time is shorter, muscle relaxation is better,and the sense of pain block is well.
