| 摘 要： | 目的探讨我院极低体重儿治疗的经验教训,提高治疗成功率。方法对我院2007年1月至2009年12月收治的23例极低体重儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患儿均有一种或多种并发症,主要并发症有吸入性肺炎,低钙血症,高胆红素血症,低血糖,呼吸窘迫综合症(RDS),缺氧缺血性器官损伤,贫血,缺血缺氧性脑病(AE),呼吸暂停等。结论早期发现并及时处理各种并发症,提高极低出生体重儿存活率及生存质量。
