注射型硫酸钙植骨内固定治疗塌陷性跟骨骨折

摘    要:目的观察使用注射型硫酸钙植骨内固定治疗塌陷性跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法我院自2011年1月~2011年12月采用MIIG115注射型硫酸钙植骨结合跟骨解剖板内固定治疗塌陷性跟骨骨折患者30例(33足)。其中男28例,女2例,平均年龄43岁(20~62岁)。结果平均随访13.9个月(12~17月),未出现切口感染、愈合不良等软组织并发症,末次随访与术后比较,Bohler角、Gissane角变化无统计学差异(0.05)。参照Maryland足部评分标准:优22足,良9足,可2足,优良率93.9%。结论注射型硫酸钙植骨内固定治疗塌陷性跟骨骨折,能有效维持跟距关节面复位稳定,允许早期功能锻炼,且并发症少,临床疗效满意。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of the use of injectable calciumsulfate bone graft substitute and calcaneusanatomy locking plates in treating collapsed calcaneus fractures. Methods FromJanuary 2011 to December 2011,30 patients(33 fractures) with collapsed calcaneus farctures were treatedwithMIIG115 bone graft substitute and calcaneusanatomy locking plates. Results The averaged followed-up time was 13.9 (12 to 17) months. There was not foundanything soft tissue relative complications such as incision infection or faulty union. According to Maryland foot scoringsystem excellent results were noted in 22 fractures, good in 9, fair in 2, and excellent and good rates were 93.9%.Conclusion Injectable calciumsulfate bone graft substitute and calcaneus anatomy locking plates can maintain the reductionof subtalar joint surface effectively, allowthe early functional exercise, have fewer complications and better clinicaleffect; it is the effective treatment for collapsed calcaneus fractures.
