全血细胞减少186例病因分析

摘 要] 目的:分析致全血细胞减少的病因,以提高对此类疾病的认识,减少误诊方法:对186例全血细胞减少的血液科住院患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果和结论:186例患者,致全血细胞减少最常见的是造血系统恶性疾有70例(37.6%),非造血系统疾病有56例(30.1%)占第二,而造血系统良性疾病有34例(18.3%),血液难治性疾病有21例(11.3%),还有原因未明的5例(2.7%),因此引起全血细胞减少的病因很多,必须进行全面详细的检查,以降低误诊率。

Analysis of 186 Cases Pancytopenia Disease

Abstract] Purpose: Analyzing the reasons of pancytopenia to raise awareness of such diseases and reduce misdiagnosis.Method:Review all the clinical data of total 186 inpatients with pancytopenia .Conclusion: Among of them total 70 cases (37.6%) caused by malign disease of hematopoietic system is the most common, 56 cases(30.1%) caused by disease of the non-hematopoietic system for the second, while 34 cases ( 18.3%) caused by benign disease of hematopoietic system, 21 cases(11.3%) are Blood refractory disease, the reason is not specified for other 5 cases(2.7%).Many disease can cause pancytopenia, we must conduct a comprehensive and detailed examination, in order to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.
