Abstract: | The electrophoretic mobilities in agarose gel of the very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) subfractions of Sf greater than 100, 60-100 and 20-60 from six subjects with type III hyperlipoproteinaemia (HLP) have been compared with those from eight normal volunteers. In type III HLP beta or near-beta (slower VLDL) electrophoretic mobility was not necessarily confined to the VLDL fraction of Sf 20-60 in which it may normally be detected. |
